1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kadosh Games, including our website, games, resource library, and Parent Portal (together, the "Service"), operated by Kadosh Games, Inc. ("Kadosh Games," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kadosh Games is a Christian learning platform that teaches children the Bible through interactive games, storytelling, and reading and math resources aligned to grade-level standards. The Service includes Bible-themed games such as Bible Legends and the David Platformer, a resource library of worksheets and study guides, event and community information, and a Parent Portal where parents can manage child profiles, track progress, and access premium content.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

Kadosh Games accounts are created and managed by parents, guardians, or educators ("Parents") who are at least 18 years old. Children do not register their own accounts. Instead, a Parent creates one or more supervised "child profiles" under their account to personalize games, track progress, and unlock age-appropriate content. Parents are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account and any child profiles created within it, and for keeping their login credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Kadosh Games currently offers two plans:

• Explorer (Free): select Bible Legends stories and games, grade-aligned mini-challenges, one child profile, leaderboard access, and printable coloring pages.
• Premium Family ($9/mo, with a 7-day free trial): the full library of games and stories, unlimited child profiles, weekly progress updates, milestone tracking, premium quizzes and printables, and access to Bible Buddy, our AI learning companion.

Paid billing is not yet active on the Service. Where subscription checkout is available, pricing, trial terms, and renewal details will be clearly presented before you are charged, and you will be able to cancel a paid plan at any time through your account settings. We will update this section once billing is fully live.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm children or other users;
• Attempt to circumvent age-appropriate content controls, child-mode safeguards, or premium access restrictions;
• Upload or transmit content that is obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with our Christ-centered, family-friendly mission;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or resell content from the Service without our written permission.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

All games, artwork, stories, worksheets, and other original content on Kadosh Games are owned by Kadosh Games, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use this content for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes only. Biblical text and stories are presented with care to remain accurate to Scripture; any creative elements we add (characters, art styles, narrative framing) are original works intended to support — never replace — the biblical narrative.

If you submit content to us (for example, through a volunteer, contact, or resource-request form), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content to operate, support, and improve the Service.

7. Our AI Partner: Puter.com

We chose Puter as our AI partner because it lets us offer AI-assisted learning tools without storing chat conversations on our own servers. Please see our Privacy Policy for more detail on what this means for you and your family, and avoid sharing sensitive personal information in any AI chat feature.

8. Disclaimers & Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep Kadosh Games biblically accurate, safe, and reliable, we make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Content generated by AI features (including Bible Buddy) is intended to be encouraging and age-appropriate, but is not a substitute for pastoral guidance, professional advice, or parental oversight, and we encourage parents to review AI conversations with their children.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kadosh Games, Inc. and its officers, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, if we believe an account has violated these Terms or poses a risk to the safety of children on the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service grows. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
